Experts to discuss professions of the future and today’s tourism formats, robotization, digitalization in construction, etc.

September 18 — 19, the Zaryadye Concert Hall will host the Cloud City forum to dwell on the future of BRICS megacities and will involve managers, entrepreneurs, urbanists, academia and public organizations from more than 30 countries.

“The capital will be visited by delegations from China, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Kazakhstan. The business program will also involve managers of megacities such as Kuala Lumpur, Bangalore, Tehran, Doha, and others. Together they will discuss trends of contemporary city growth. In addition, our colleagues will see Moscow’s best practices, our infrastructure and technological achievements,”said Natalya Sergunina, Deputy Moscow Mayor.

On September 18, experts will discuss robotization of enterprises, transport of the future, and digital tools in construction.

The plenary session The Map of the Future. Solutions and Strategies of Top Tech Cities will take place on the same day for managers of the BRICS cities to highlight key trends for megacity growth.

On September 19, participants will discuss professions of the near future, methods of introducing artificial intelligence in the media industry, and existing tourism formats.

The forum will wrap up with the BRICS smart megacity rankings 2024, to be presented in Zaryadye.

In addition to plenary sessions, overseas guests will visit the Skolkovo Innovation Center, VDNKh and other iconic places in the capital.

The event will also include the BRICS Green Cities Forum to run on September 18 — 19 and to focus on environmental issues.
